Fluid Bed Combustors

The fluid bed combustor application is one we at Mactenn Systems are well acquainted with. Often our equipment is employed at both ends of the process as both the method to deliver fuel, bed sand, and sorbent materials and as the means to remove ash. Our pneumatic conveyors are capable of operating up to 350ºC. Our Inflatek Valve, the only moving part in our system, is able to provide a seal that can withstand vacuum on one end and positive pressure on the other. The low air consumption of our design means less energy consumption for your generation plant.
