The importance of steel in our lives is hard to quantify. Processing this valuable resource can be a dusty and dirty job, but it does not have to be. Mactenn Systems technology is not hindered by the greater bulk densities seen in smelter dusts. And because our systems are dense phase, the abrasive characteristics of the heavy dust are not an issue to the wear of pipe. Many steel foundries were built over half a century ago and are still using equipment that started up with the start of the company.
