Airlift® and other Flow Aids

Enables tacky and/or cohesive materials to flow easily into vessels. Effective filling makes or breaks a material handling system's efficiency and dependability.  Assisting flow into the vessel increases performance and cuts back on wasted energy.

Key Features:

With just a small amount of air, material bridging and/or material decompression is prevented. 

Using a constant trickle of air, an Evasser arrangement creates an aerated environment for the material to give it the optimum condition for flow into a vessel.

Some materials have good flow traits but tend to adhere to smooth surfaces. In this case a vibratory motor is installed to aid in filling the vessel.
