Variflo®

Designed for long distances and moderate tonnage rates. Capable of handling most abrasive materials without wearing out the pipe and without large air consumptions. Has no motors or moving product contact parts.

Key Features:

Can convey at distances as long as 1000 meters and modest material rates up to 100 tons per hour.

Low material velocity allows quick transfer but at a pace that does not create excessive friction on the pipe line. Often schedule 40 pipe can be installed.

With no motors, this system has almost no maintenance required above routine inspections. Typically only one hour is required to inspect the only moving part, the Inflatek Valve. 

System is totally contained, preventing spillage of the material or dust to escape in to the work environment.
